London, Oct. 29.—The advisory committee of Lords adopted a recommcnd***ion, enabling the covering of a pitclTlffter 11 o'cloc.j in the morning of the day preceding the match until tiie latter begins, together with reprotection thereafter when necessary; and, in any case, nightly during the continuation of a match, but covering is removable if it is fine at 7 o*’clock in the morning. The covering after the commencement of a match must not protect a larger area than 18 feet by 12 feet at each end, and must not protect over 3J feet in front of the popping crease. —(Reuter.)
