BUTTER FAT CHARGES.
CONSPIRACY NOT PROVED. Palmerston North, May 8. —In the case of Alfred Wright and Henry Simpson, charged with conspiracy to defraud a dairy company by faked cream tests, the jury found them not guilty, and bother were discharged. Simpson, with the three other farmers who admitted their guilt, will be sentenced in respect to these cases tomorrow.—(P.A.)
