CORRIEDALE RAMS.
FOR A UBTBALIA. (Our Travelling Reporter.) The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., arc shipping by the s.s. Ulimaroa to-day, to the order cf a Tasmanian client, 10 2-tooth stud <’o- rii’f’p’c rams, from the stud flock ci t. O. Haycock and Sons, of Moroa. Grey town. These rams were selected by Mr S. J. Hill, wool expert, of the Loan Company, who has had a wide experience among Australian wool. They are very line specimens of the breed, being particularly well grown, and very uniform in their wool covering. This breed of sheep is becoming very popular abroad, as they produce an excellent fleece of a class of wool that is in keen demand, besides being much favoured for crossing purposes for mutton and lamb production.
