BOWLING.

PARK v. CARTERTON. The above match for the Booth Cup was played at Carterton on Saturday and resulted in a win for Carterton by three games to one. The day was ideal for bowling and the green was in excellent condition. The game between Edwards and Baskiville was a very even one, and the win of the former was well deserved, as he played his men very steadily and beat a very formidable team. Following are the teams and scores (Carterton being mentioned first) :— Tyler, Roydhouse, Hughan, Harp (s) 30, Wilton, Faulkner, Price, Groombridge (s) 15 ;• Churchill, Williams, Fisher, Hall (s) 25, Moor, Henry, Bell, Swinerd (s) 17; Hare, Sorensen, Dykes, Vile (s) 23, Pinkney, Stevens, Finlayson, T. Carr (s) 16; Smith, Parton, Whyte, Baskiville (s) 14. Butcher, Denniss, Black, Edwards (s) 15.
