The architects reported that the grandstand should be completed in the contract time. Mr McKenzie reported that the improvements to the Oval were well in hand and would be completed in a few days.—The matter of the fencing required at the enclosure to the grandstand was left with Messrs McKenzie and Southgate to attend to. Alessrs Tennent, Bell and the secretary were authorised to execute an application to bring certain land under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act and Alessrs Bell and Tennent were authorised to execute an agreement with the N.Z. Rugby Union with reference to the loan. Alessrs Bell and Caselberg will adopt a common seal for the use of the new board.
