WAIHAKEKE SCHOOL PICNIC.

The picnic was held on Taumart®, an island in. the Ruamahunga river, last Friday . Ilhe beautiful buahcovered property belonging to Mr Oates formed an ideal picnic ground. The picnic was a great success. After a •ddicio'us lunch provided by the ladies of the district, sports were indulged in under the direction of th© chairman (Mr Renall) and other members of the school committee.
