In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1926, and of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and the Acts amending the same respectively. rpHE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF MASTERTON, HEREBY GIVES PUBLIC NOTICE that such Council proposes to raise a special loan of four thousand two hundred pounds (£4200) for the purpose of augmenting the Water supply of the North Ward of the Borough of Masterton, and in pursuance thereof and in connection therewith to lay a pipe from the Town supply, ani to provide and lay pipes, and do all work in connection therewith. And for the purpose of providing the required security to meet the Interest and Sinking Fund charges during the currency of such Loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half years or until the Loan is fully paid off, to make an annually recurring special rate of not exceeding ijd in the £ on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property in the North Ward of the Borough of Masterton.
