Jorc tn. and H. P. Hugo treasurer, Mr H. Miller; auditor, M W. S. Jago; committee, Messrs D. N Edwards, W. Palamontain, T. Jone? W. Iggulden, E. C. Evans, W S. L Dickson, G. F. Scandrett, L. S. Nice and Mr A. Rigg. Several suggestions in reference t the next festival and the appointmen of suitable judges were mad-? for th guidance of the new committee.
