The Dominion. Metorologist’s forecast : —Present indications are for freshening northerly winds, backing by west to south; weather dull, cold, and misty, rain probable generally; barometer unsteady, but likely to rise temporarily soon in the south. Masterton.—Mr R. Brown reports:—■ July 28—Shade temperature, maximum 47.6, minimum 35.8, terrestrial 30.8, frost 1.2 deg., bright sunshine 40 minutes.
