MASTERTON CLUB. Local players gathered in force at the Y.M.O.A. Rooms on Monday night for the closing of the 1020 season, the visit of Mr. H. Thirfle expressed the Club's sentiments in extending to one and all ! the seasonal good wishes, including in ! his remembrance the many erstwhile I members, some now scattered in van--1 ous parts of the Dominion, also expressing' iho pleasure of resident memj brrs at the opportunity of meeting their dislingujshod visitor*.
