The trial of Alfred Thomas Percy Dare, aged L'.3, on a charge of having committed manslaughter by killing Arthur John Horton, at Penrose, on January 2(5, was commenced in the Supreme Court to-day. It is alleged that Dare was the driver of a motor car which collided with a bicycle ridden by Horton, who sustained fatal injuries. The case for the prosecution had not concluded when the Court adjourned.
