PROPOSED ORGANIC UNION

The Maritime Board of Trade has announced the appointment of a committee to confer with the Governments of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, for the creation of an organic union of the three States, in order to effect increased influence in the Councils of the Dominion Government. The aim is to secure progressive internal development, and the more economical administration of Government Departments.
