Lord Jellicoe's Report
THE FUTURE PROVISION.
(By Electrio Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Australian-N.Z. Cable Association.) Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock. LONDON, March 18. Mr. W. H. Long, First Lord of the Admiralty, in the House of Commons, in the course of an explanation of tho memorandum submitted in the Navy Estimates, referred to Lord Jellicoe's reports on the result of his recent tour, which, he said, would obviously be considered by the next Imperial Conference. Mr. Long mentioned the great warmth with which Lord Jellicoo was received; also that the officers who were temporarily appointed by the Dominions to advise the Admiralty in connection with the problems of the development of the Dominions' navies will in due course form an integral part of the naval staff, when iheasures are outlined. As regards training at the Naval Staff College, it will bear fruit.
