Senator Knox ha 3 introduced a resolution declaring peace with Germany, retaining, on tho United States' behalf, tho material benefit oil the Versailles Treaty, and approving of any practical plan for an international Peace League. Tho resolution has been referred to tho Foreign Eolations Committee. Tho Democrats have indicated opposition.
