Eaces Nob. 4 and 7 are open to all horses. 2. Hack Definition: Subject to the limitations imposed as to Race No. 1. "Hack" shall have the meaning given to it by the New Zealand Boles of Racing. 3. Every nomination shall state the name or assumed name of the owner or owners. 4. Ownera of horses which are liable under the Rules of Racing to bo bracketed on the Totalizator must give notic,e to that effect not later than the hopr of acceptance under penalty of not lesfl than £5 or more than £IOO, and shall also be liable for any losb occasioned directly or indirectly through omission to give such notice. 6. All races shall be run under the Now Zealand Rules of Racing. 6.
