There are contrary American reports Btatiag that sovereignty of Fiumo had been given to Italy. Reports from Paris state that M. Clemcncoau and tho Rt. Hon. D. Lloyd (1 cor go informed Signer Scialoja that President Wilson adheres to his former standpoint, and that therefore tho only solution is to make Fiumo autonomous.
