FATAL MOTOR ACCIDENT
' MAN KILLED. (By Telegraph—Press Association! CHRISTCHURCH, 'Dec. 17. A young man named Richard Joseph Barrett, tho eldest son of Mr. J. a Barrett, a well known Christchuroh solicitor, was found on Tuesday oven* tag lying unconscious beside his motor cycle on the Riccarton Road. Ho was removed to the hospital, whore he died this afternoon. Deceased was nineteen years of ag9. It is believed his motor cycle skidded. He was a student of tho Canterbury Agricultural College, Lincoln, and wtt educated at St. Rede's Collegia** School.
