TURKEY

DELAY IN PEACE. EFFECT UPON EGYPT. LONDON, Nov. 17. In the House of Commons, Captain Ormsby-Gore deplored the delay in making peace with Turkey. He said that half the trouble in Egypt to-day was due to this continued delay. If we did not intend to evacuate let ua say go, and make it quite clear that we intended to be masters there.
