DELAY IN PEACE. EFFECT UPON EGYPT. LONDON, Nov. 17. In the House of Commons, Captain Ormsby-Gore deplored the delay in making peace with Turkey. He said that half the trouble in Egypt to-day was due to this continued delay. Until a definite statement was made as to whe'hor the Milner Commission was or was not going to Egypt the agitations there would continue. If we did not intend to evacuate let ua say go, and make it quite clear that we intended to be masters there.
