(26 acres) available in connection with it. His Worship the Mayor briefly thanked the Minister for his visit, which, he felt sure, would result in mufih good. Mr. G. R. Sykes, M.P., alsc thanked Sir Francis »Bell and Dr. Anderson for their visit. Mr. Sykes was strongly of the opinion that the Technical School should be developed. The Minister had made a clear statement in conpection with that matter, and he thanked him for it. Sir Francis Bell had come to Masterton at personal inconvenience,, and he felt sure that the visit would not be without profit. (Applause.) The gatheriog then dispersed.
