AN UNUSUAL MISSION. At the request of the Belgian Government, Mr. Frederick L. Collins is returning to New York on an unusual mission connected with the forthcoming visit of the King of the Belgians to the United States. He is taking bac kwith him a number of films taken in Belgium under Government auspices, and showing the degree of prosperity to which the country has already attained. They are to be circulated in the United States before and during the King's tour, and have been made' by official photographers under Mr. Collins's personal supervision. The fdea of the pictures is to show the economic and natural advantages of Belgium through the eyes of an American girl, and Miss Lois Meredith, who was recently seen in revue in London, was.' selected to fill the position by the Belgian Government. She is seen throughout the films under the guidance of leading Belgian officials, and in scenes with the King and Queen, Prince j Leopold, Cardinal Mercier, and Mr. Herbert Hoover K
