FIGHT IN AMMERICA. NEW YORK, Nov. 13. The Attorneys for the distilling interests in Louisville (Kentucky) have won another victory in the fight on war-time prohibition. The Federal Court Judge announced his belief that the law was unconstitutional. .It is proposed to seek the issue of an injunction, restraining the Government from interference with the sale of liquor that has paid tax.
