ADEQUATE NAVY
SECURITY OF EMPIRE. VANCOUVER, Nov. 13. Lord Jellicoe, in an interview, deoleared that it was essential that the lessons of the war should not he lost. Al .hough Dominion finances had suffered owing to war expenditures, an adequate navy was as essential as ever, if the Empire was to continue to exist in security.
