QUESTION OF DRY DOCKS

Herr Lubeck, of the Chamber of Commerce, has reqquested the Imperial Chancellor not to comply with the Entente's demand for the handing over of the dry docks, which, it is pleaded, would mean the entire decay of Germany's economic life. Many Hanover firms have decided to refuse to sell abroad, except at prewar rates of exchange.
