Received" Last Night, 7 o'clock. LONDON, Nov. 11. In the House of Commons, Mr. Harmsworth stated that the numheV of British prisoners, including overseas forces, in Germany not yet accounted for, was twelve officers and 591 men. The German authorities were assisting in the efforts to trace the prisoners.
