MONSTER ART; UNION. The. citizens of Palmerston North are out to raise £20,000 for the Sick ' and Wounded Fund, and with this object in view have launched a monster art union, particulars of wßicli are advertised on page 7 of this issue. In all- there, are thirty-five prizes, of a total value of £3OOO.
