SURPRISE PACKET CRUSADE.

(To the Editor.) Sir—The management of the distributing department of the Surprise Packet Crusade do not .appear 'to study outside ticketholders. Many • holders have been in Masterton during the beginning of the week to present their tickets, but find the premises closed, and now only a couple of hours are allowed on Saturday. How unfair to those who reside outside the town of Masterton. Those who cannot present their tickets will have to go without the prizes they may be entitled to, because of the indifferent attitude of those responsible. ~I am, etc., TICKET HOLDER. Carterton, Feb. 28th.
