The enemy lias been concentrating tremendous forces, but has been unable to make his lunge, owing to the unfavourable climatic conditions. .Military experts aro agreed that, when ,n, favourable opportunity occurs, (lie enemy will assume the offensive on a grand scale. Expert opinion, however, may bo directed towards leading tbo enemy astray,. Whether this shoidcl, or ttho.uld not, prove to bo the ease, nothing is more certain than that a tremendous conflict at arms will occur &h soon as tbo weather breaks. Before this conflict* all previous battles in the war will paflo into insignificance. The. dash will shako the very foundations of Europe.
