MASTERTON SHOW
LATE ENTRIES CLOSE ON SATURDAY. Late entries for the annual show of the Masterton A. and P. Association will be received tip till Saturday ,Eobruary 9th, on payment of Is per entry late fee. The general public will find much to interest them at this year's show ,as the association, recognising that they should be catered for in every possible way. have introduced several new features. It is chiefly in the competitions that the general public are interested, and there are a number of attractive jumping events as well as a sheep dog trial, one of this year's innovations. Arrangements are also being made for a large body of our soldiers to visit the show and give a display. The outing to Sol way can be made a regular picnic, for hot water in unlimited quantities is supplied free, and parties can partake of luncheons under the shade of the beautiful bush. The ground is looking its best just now, and is an ideal spot for a family outing. Special trains will run to and from the grounds at convenient intervals. The show will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday. February 19th and 2Cth
