The 'Clerk of the Masterton County Council sent' copies of the •Waiugawa bi'idgo plans and specifications, .with estimate of the total cast, namely, £11,892. It is proposed to levy 5 per cent, of the cost on the Mauricoyillo County Couneil. The Under-Secretary for Public Worlcs wrote on tho same subject.
