Count KevmtloW declares that Count Caernin's offer to open separate negotiations'wipi America endangers Germany's hfe interests. The "Frankfur» Zeltung" says that Austria is to be envied for having a CWiiii. "The Austrian egg has been laid. We must s ee what Korl of bint comes out of it." The Moderate .newspapers comment angrily upon a telegram sent by the Kin's ot'Sbx.iny to ..a. pan-German meeting that "the whole German people demand 'n inilitar.v' peace."
