SUBMARINE MENACE
Received Last Night, at 11.5. * LONDON, Dec. 31/1 The Admiralty reports that the mine-sweeping sloop Arbutu was torpedoed and foundered in severe weather. The commander and another officer and seven men are missing. The boarding steamer Greve was also torpedoed and sunk, but there were no casualties.
