A HUGE BOND BILL,
(Australian-N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received La** Nistht. 5.0 o'clock.) WASHINGTON, Sept. 19. Mr Newton D. Baker, of War, has submitted an additional 287,000,000 dollars to the Army estimates. The Congressional Conference has agreed to a Bond Bill for 11,600,000,000 dollars (aboi<t £2,500,000,000), which is 'expected to reach President Wilson on Saturday.
