MASTERTON v. SOLDIERS', TEAM A cricket match was played on the Park oval on. Saturday between Masterton and' E Company 25 th Reinforcements, the result being a rather easy wn for Masterton. There was some fine batting performances by Piatt 55, Austin 30, W. G. Blair 20, and Thomas 13 for the Camp; and -Hoar 43,-Guim 38, Bundle 37, Parton 22, Logan 28 not out, and-'Baker 15 not out, for Masterton.
