SCENES OF RIOTING. (Received Last Night, 9.10 o'clock.) LONDON, Nov. 1. Berlin lias experienced its first day without meat, all the butchers' shops having dosed. Meat dishes were absent from thp rc.stn.ufant menus. Some the shopping centres 'vere impassible, and there were scenes of rioting, owing to the poorer "lasses resenting people buying at panic prices.
