In any handicap the winner of any race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 71b. 3. All entries'to be addressed to the Secretary, Palmerston North, and to state name, sex, color, age at time of entry, and pedigree of the horse, names of the owner and trainer, and colours of the rider, and in case of handicaps the performances of the horse. Entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing at the earliest opportunity.
