(Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.} ' PETROGRAD, July 3. Official: Russian cruisers encountered two enemy light cruisers and torpedoersi in a fog east of Gothland and gav_e battle. The German cruiser Albatross, at 9 o'clock in the morning, lowered her flag and ran ashore, and the others made off. Our squadron, at 10 o'clock, encountered the Rooh, a lig'ht cruiser, and torpedoers. . , , ~,„.„„,' ± j.-„.
