A statement is made that Roumania will continue neutral. The Russians are still engaged in tremendous conflicts and inflicting great losses. The Italians and Austrians are fighting fiercely in various parts. Allied aviators are persistently bombing Zeebrugge, where the submarines are. The piratical murderers in the Kaiser's service are keeping up their reputation., and again a number of Americans have been drowned. The munitions question is the burning subject at Home, and the Minister is warned to use his powers boldly, not gingerly. Insensely interesting details of the Dardanelles campaign are given. An item of a disquieting character is the discovery of a German spy among the Australian troops.
