In 1910, "Baron ffyvie" was again in the forefront in Onnedin in a class of 32, and again won the Otago Challenge Cup, this 'feeing the last occasion on which ho •'was exhibited at the Otago Socidtj s parade. "Baron Fyvie" was champion at tfimaru in 1910, and at the North Otago Show he has put up a wonderfully good record, being first an 1 champion in 1908, 1909, 1912, and ,1913. In 1912 he won a strong class including Black Douglas and Barn Bold. Whilst "Baron Fyvie" has competed with such marked success at' the North Otago shows merits of his stock have been recognised in --o uncertain way, and have won no fewer than 23 first prizes (including four progeny awards), 12 and seven third awards. Mr John F. Reid, the owner of the dam, And breeder of "Baron of E<irn«de," has made a practice of vn-.-r: •xhibting his stock at any agrlomfci'al show, and consequently neither the dam nor the colt were shown while m Mr Reid's ownership.
