A FIGHT IN THE AIR.
GERMAN WARSHIPS ATTACKED. GREAT RUSSIAN SUCCESS. TWO BATTALIONS CAPTURED. FIGHTING IN THE WEST. GERMAN ATTACKS REPULSED, THREE STEAMERS MINED. {United Fnu Atioeiation—By EUetrie Tdegraphr-CopyrigM.) The war 'news this morning provides nothing of a sensational character.. An interesting narrative describes a British seaplane attack on German warships at Cuxbavcn at tho mouth, of the Elbe river, and only 72 miles away.from Hamburg. Further particulars, are to hand of the fight on the Bzura river. It appears that eight thousand Germans were cap,*tured and that only the remnants of tho army escaped. The Germans attempted a.night attack afßolimou,' but were repulsed with heavy losses. *The Russians captured two battalions. The fighting in the western theatre appears to haW. slackened off a little. The Allies have gained ground jdigbtly in some parts, and maintained their positions in others.
