PUNISHMENT FOR USELESS AUDACITY,
(Received September 13, 1 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, Sept. 12. Lieutenant Nestor off was punished with thirty days' detention'for useless audacity. [Lieutenant Nestoroff, while aeroplaning, described a complete vertical circle at a height of 1900 ft, and then volplaned to earth.]
