'{Received Last Might, 6.15 o'clock.) LONDON, Sept. 13. 'Men, women, and children are literally starving in Dublin. Women and children are loitering [outside their homes, Jrom which the lurniture has been pawned to buy food. Men are standing about sullenly, and seldom speaking, being too tired ■end hungry to converse.
