QUESTION OF SALARIES, (By Tdegraph—Press asDOvwttwn.) HAMILTON, Last Wight. At a meeting of the An cirsoid centre of the New Zealand Dairy Factory Managers' Association, held at Hamilton, the following resolution was carried unanimously:—"That it be a re~ eoaimendation to the annitial meeting of the Association, to bo held in. Palmerstoh North, that dairy companies outs/de the jurisdiction of the Southland Union of Chee«o Factory Managers be circularised to the effect -, that, in calling applications for managers, it is a desire of the Association that the salary be etated, as failure to comply with such' wilt assuredly tend to managers- ranging vtheiiw selves within tbe ranks of unionism,, as a...means of achieving a just and, equitable end.' 1
