At the Supreme Court.' Henry Shapcott and liis wife, Sophia Francis, claimed £3OO general damages and £33 Gs 4d special damages from Melville H. Robertson, hotelkeeper and motor car proprietor. The case arose out of an accident in which Mrs Shapcott was knocked down and run over by the ear. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiffs, with £175 general damages and £33 Gs -Id special damag'S.
