Weights for all races on first day of meeting will be declared on Saturday, Bth February, 1913. Acceptances for all races on first day of meeting, and entrance for Maiden and Scurry close with the Secretary at Woodville at 8 p.m. on Thursday, 13th February, 1913. Weights for all' races on second day of meeting will be declared about, 8.30 o'clock on the evening of the first fIfLV S T&C63 Acceptances for second day's races close with the secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evenin of the first day's races. PENALTIES. Flat Races —The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst 101b) to carry 101b penalty, and for every additional race 61b extra. If handicapped at Bst 101b or over, to carry only half the above penalties:. Hurdle Races.—The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights, to carry 101b penalty in the hurdle races, of two or more hurdle races, 21b penalty. Telegrap Office closes at 8 p.m. E. T.
