BULGARIAN TROOPS.
FILLING IN THEIR LEISURE. (Received Last Night, 11.25 o'clock.) PARIS, February 3. A Bulgarian officer at Ohataldeja-, writing to a comrade at Ayr, -states.: "We are demobilised indefinitely. In order to keep up our training, we occupy ourselves at manoeuvring and in target shooting. The Generals are setting the example by organising matches. The entire leisure is devoted to riflo.'firing, gun practice and marching. The chief business is to avoid letting the men become bored at the compulsory inaction."
