Weights for ail races on second day of meeting will be declared about 8.30 o'clock on the evening ©f the first day's races. Acceptances for second day's races close with the secretary at the Club's rooms, WoodVille, at 9.30 on the even r in of the first day's races. PENALTIES. Flat Races —The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, Iff ' handicapped under Bst 101b) to carry 101b penalty, and for ©Tory additional race 61b extra. If handicapped at Bst'lolb or oyer, to carry only half the aboTe penalties.
