When posting a parcel for which a return receipt is desired the sender, will fill in a card, to be obtained at any post office. The card will be forwarded with the parcel, and the addressee requested to sign the re. ceipt, which will then be returned to the sender through the post. No claims for compensation for the loss of a parcel in the post office will entertained unless a return-receipt paid for by sender when posting e parcel. , Parcels: From January Ist, 1913, the Inland Parcel Rates will be reduced to 3d for the first pound . and a for each succeeding pound.
