THE STEWART CASE FINDINC OF THE COURT. (Received Last Night, 10.30 o'clock.) BERLIN, February 5. The judgment of the Court in the ■case in which an English officer named Stewart was sentenced to three years in a fortress, stated that Stewart, excited with the possibility of a war over Morocco, sought information in regard to Germany's preparedness in the North S«a. He engaged an agent, whom he paid £ls, and despatched him to Bremerhaven. He impressed the agent with the danger he incurred. Stewart also visited others places (.previously led), and destroyed his agent's report after perusal. He failed to communicate to Britain wh*t he learned, if anything, but flie attempt to betray military secrets was proved by other reports. It is believed that the agent informed the German authorities of Stewart's intentions. Hate acquaintanceship with (the agent counted .heavily aginst Stewart.
