A PLEASANT GATHERING.

The guests arrived iby "Shank's .pony," on horseback, on ibicycles, in gigs., <2r«uis, v an<l motor cars. About 80 couples graced the floor, and with good music, well prepared floor, prettily decorated hall, and lavish hospitality of /the hostesses, the evening was a decided success. Some of the' fancy dresses worn were very pretty and novlj and helped to lend enchantment to the mazy throng of dance's. Before leaving, the guests aswiab'ed and gave "three times thrne" rousing cheers for the ladies who had gone to so much pains to give their friends such a pleasant 'outing.
