NEW YORK, September 27. Following a physician's report at New Orleans that the stomach of Elsie Crawford, who died a few days ago, contained opium, Annie Crawford, a sister, has been arrested. Elsie Crawford is the fourth member of a family to •dde under mysterious circumstances within fourteen months. The fat/her, mother and another iister died suddenly previously. Annie Crawford is the beneficiary in the policies on the lives of the deceased. ■ ; ,

LABOUR TROUBLES.
